Pastor, I want to make one thing clear from the beginning.
You do not have to personally give to participate in The 30 Day Give Back Challenge.
If your church has a missions, outreach, benevolence or similar ministry budget, I would love for you to consider whether this is something your church would like to support.
The mission is the same:
One costume.
One meal.
One mission.
Every $100 helps one child dress up, one family sit down to dinner, and supports The Tolson Fam and City Church in our effort to revitalize this neighborhood church, and help secure its future.
And because I have spent years building The Church Playbook to help pastors and churches, I want this partnership to go both ways.
Partnering churches will receive Church Playbook resources based on the church's total level of participation during the challenge.
Your church's gifts throughout October will be added together.
After the campaign ends on October 31 and the dust settles, we will reconcile the church's total participation and send the resources included at that final partnership level.
This allows us to spend October focused on giving back and then serve our partnering pastors and churches well after the campaign is complete.
How Church Partnership Works
- 1. Your church chooses to participate.
- 2. Your church can give one time or multiple times during October.
- 3. All gifts from your church during the campaign count toward its final partnership level.
- 4. After October 31, we reconcile the gifts and deliver the Church Playbook resources included at that level.

- 50 kids with Halloween costumes
- 100 families with meals through Harvest House in Burleson
- And support for the Tolson family and ministry as we continue serving our community, pastors, and churches.
